I am working out 4 days a week, losing a lot of weight by eating small amounts of healthy food and I can see my abs now… a little bit.
And guess what, I’m gonna hold on to this attitude until I look something like the man on the picture above! A bit too much? Well I am just setting a high standard for myself :))
