From 88.8kg in June 2011 to 79.0 on March 2012!

Yessss, bitches!!! 

I am working out 4 days a week, losing a lot of weight by eating small amounts of healthy food and I can see my abs now… a little bit.
And guess what, I’m gonna hold on to this attitude until I look something like the man on the picture above! A bit too much? Well I am just setting a high standard for myself :))

I guess its the end of my weight-losing journey throughout the summer. Don’t worry, I am not stopping. its just that things will be a little bit different now.
I think I could’ve done better, but still…. from 88.6 kg down to 82.2 kg in just 3 months (not to mention that I gained muscle mass in the gym) is kinda okay for me!
