I am working out 4 days a week, losing a lot of weight by eating small amounts of healthy food and I can see my abs now… a little bit.
And guess what, I’m gonna hold on to this attitude until I look something like the man on the picture above! A bit too much? Well I am just setting a high standard for myself :))

I still feel like I am back home and its the most promiscuous summer of my life…. what I meant is that I want to feel like that, but unfortunately its not summer anymore and Uni starts in less than 1 week. Everyone’s still at home and I’ve got nothing to do here in Oxford. At least I can workout ;)

I swear, last Yoga session nearly killed me. Gotta do some stretching first. I’d still suggest that to everyone, especially for those who sit their ass off in the University :)
